Individual listings do not show store categories anymore.

I've been calling eBay off and on for about a month, wondering why my store categories stopped showing up in individual listings.   The list used to show on the left-hand side of the description.   It's not just my listings.   They don't show up in any listings where the seller has a store.

According to the eBay reps I spoke to, they are working on this glitch.   But I'm wondering if it is a glitch, or did eBay change the format again.

Help please.

eBay reps are pretty clueless.
Your store categories are showing at the bottom of your listings. As are mine and everyother seller who has a store. Not a glitch , they changed the format.

Thanks for your response.   It's just as I figured.   Users are alot more helpful than eBay employees.   Like you said, they are clueless.

Wasn't there a recent point in time where both sellers and buyers could choose the view...either eBay categories or Seller categories?

SELLERS can choose to use either Ebay Categories or their own categories in their store.    Those SHOULD also show, as said,  at the bottom of the listing......  however, there is/has been a glitch in that IF a seller has chosen to use Ebay categories, but still has their own categories on some listings........the listing will show the created categories instead of the Ebay categories.  According to the Store guy in weekly chat, this should be corrected in mid July......

Buyers have never been able to which categories they could view.......I doubt most sellers who use Ebay categories, bother with creating their own.
