Incorrect pricing

A buyer just paid for an item. They paid $17.50. I remember marking it down to $15.00. It didn't show that. The customer said they thought it was supposed to be $15.00 after they paid. How do I get that changed?

You can give the buyer a partial refund of $2.50.

If it's the last item you sold, you listed it for $12.75.  Your buyer would have paid that amount plus shipping plus state sales tax, if any.

It's a refund...not a change.

Go into item sold...left side of item click on item sold and scroll down the list of everything and refund buyer with reason why of refund.

You can give them a partial refund equal to the amount of the difference. On the order details page click on more actions, select send refund from the drop down menu, enter the refund amount in the box and select next, select reason as either shipping discount or other and enter an explanation if you like, click next and then verify the refund.
