Inaccurate feedback

I’ve had totally inaccurate negative feedback and it dropped my Feedback score froom 100 to 98.1. For no obvious reason and no additional negative feedback my score dropped to 97.8. Why would this happen with no additional feedback that was negative?

Your feedback drops off the calculation after 12 months, If your sales in the past 12 months were lower than an earlier FB, your FB percentage will be lower.

It's a rolling 12 months of feedbacks, so enough have fallen off the back end without being replaced on the front end to change your percentage slightly.

Sorry you received some negatives.  It happens to us all at some point in our selling careers.

102/104 =98.07%  So I agree that's what it *should* be for you.  However, it's possible that the 104 total # has changed and just not updated yet.

It's for 2 negs/140  in the last 6 months, so rosszonebricks is right, I think it should be 98.07% as well. Huh. It will be interesting to see if anyone else knows why it is lower. Sorry, I can't help you.
