I would believe so unless you still have free listing remaining.

Ending listings doesn't cost anything.  If you had no freebies available, then you would be charged when you listed it.

Listing fees are charged when a listing goes live, and are not refundable. This is true for both fixed price listings and for auction-format listings.

yes...........  it's charged immediately.........  if there was a mistake, you might be able to get ebay to wave if you want to spend the energy on the phone call.

Yes, if they did not immediately charge you when you listed it then everyone on Ebay would be scamming the system by listing an item, waiting a few days, and if no buyer just end it.

If you have free listings left, no you will not be charged.

If you have store allotment listings left, no you will not be charged.

If you are out of listings, yes you will be charged.
