Hello...can anyone add some insight on what is happening with the best offer option? I'm beyond frustrated!
Last week I accepted the best offer on two of my listings with no problem...already shipped.
Couple of days ago I accepted a best offer and it went into "Pending" status but the listing still stayed Active. Three hours later the listing ended and was marked as unsold so I had to relist it.
Today I accepted a best offer and it went right to waiting for payment status. I refreshed the screen and it is still showing as an active listing. Even though before I accepted the offer it said once you accept the offer the buyer will be immediately charged. I clicked accept and said you've made blah blah blah the winner!
I sorted my listings by "Waiting on Payment" and nothing is showing and listing is still active.
I'm so confused because it used to be as soon as you accept and offer the listing is immediately ended and in waiting for payment status. Isn't that the whole point of "Best Offer"?
Sorry for the rant but I just want to see if something has changed because if this is how it is I will no longer allow best offers. Hate when they try and fix something that isn't broke. Uggh...TYIA
