This a copy/paste from EBAY : Send your eligible item to our domestic shipping center, and once it reaches us, your job is done: We'll manage the international shipping and customs process for you.
What happens when the buyer opens a INAD case??? 100% guaranteed it is a total lie. With me, Ebay refunded buyer all 3 times, despite being an obvious lie. One case buyer bought wrong or imcompatiable RAM and then claimed NOT AS DESCRIBED like I sent a rock to Ship center then they passed the rock to him. I had only 2 listings for RAM BTW . I know its a free out for buyer when they buy wrong thing. My ? is what happens if item NOT CHEAP?????????????????? I have a feeling that things be different if my items not under $20 What happens when international buyer, decided do not want $100+ item?? Threatens to return because they know it would cost seller $25-50? Do Ebay just refund them under MBG???????????????

They are referring to the new eBay international shipping (EIS)
At this point, eBay is taking all the heat (losses) with this program.
It is not the same as the past programs (GSP and EISD)

I is answering my own question I asked an agent on chat what happens on an expensive item sold internationally and buyer opens a INAD CASE and she REPEATEDLY kept saying :
"Allow me to share that eBay will surely step in and protect you."
She was not allowed to say more, despite my repeated questioning. She would never say that "You are protected by eBay" Always used the word "SURELY" Oh well, I would luv to hear about an INAD case and find out what actually happened

Why would you use the chat for such questions? Lol...
Please at least use facebook.com/eBayForBusiness for such questions.

I recently sold almost $3000 worth of memory in a single order on the new shipping program. For reasons not revealed to me by eBay, the buyer was not able to receive the RAM. Could have been shipping, customs, buyer address, I don't know. eBay notified me of this failed sale and that was it, end of story on my end. I kept the money and eBay did whatever it is they do.
I'm one of the last people you will ever find sticking up for eBay, but they say they will handle EIS problems and they did. Based on this, I would have to think that any seller who doesn't have a track record of sending bad stuff has nothing to worry about. (until they change the rules, of course)

Just for information..............here is the explanation of the "new" program.......

Some clarity. I don't see the RAM you are referring to in your sold items during the last 90 days. When did you sell and ship it and what domestic address did you ship it to? Are you sure you were converted over to EIS by then or did these by chance go through EISD rather than EIS. Both go to a eBay hub.
If these indeed went through EIS and eBay and/or the EIS contractor baulked on the seller coverage, which is ambiguous in places, then try contacting eBay through the facebook connection the CS is pretty much useless these days and will often provide inaccurate information.
If eBay is not standing behind the EIS seller protections it may change a lot of sellers attitude about selling internationally and using the program.

I do not see it anymore either The EBAY ship center was the one in ILLINOIS that is where the last 3-4 have gone. It used to be the one in KENTUCKY near Cincinatti That RAM went to Canada Fishing lures have always gone OK Again EBAY paid the crook/liar but again if this had been a $200 item????????????

WOW Thanks for that info I would have expected them to refund you all fees + shipping and return it to you.
This almost hard to believe
