We is only responsible for shipping the item pictured to the international ship center as I understand????????? After that we out of the loop. I noticed they show my sale, that was sent and arrived at ship center, as still going on. Feller in Israel bought it may take till mid July.
I assume I ain't been paid either. Once an international sales was so slow that the buyer in Mexico opened a case for not received. I did not get ripped off though I hope NOTHING has changed on international sales

If you ship EIS, your job is done when it reaches the US hub.

It depends on what international ship center it was sent to. Check out this one from a while ago where the buyer did not receive their item. eBay did not solve the missing item. I made a Insurance Claim and then reimburse the buyer.

@stephenmorgan It's not really which center, since they share centers, it's which service. If OP uses EIS then they are only responsible to ship to the center. But if they ship it with the other service EISD or something like that (I've never used it), then the have the same concerns as if they'd shipped it directly themselves. In other words EIS is the ONLY one that protects the seller for numerous issues. But both use the same hubs last I heard.

I assume I ain't been paid either.
Why?
Do you usually ship before you are paid?
EBay doesn't post the buyer's address until they have sent payment.
Are you a new or occasional seller whose customer payments are being Held?
You can use the Held payment to buy a shipping label. In fact, this is a rough test that eBay actually does have the payment in their hands.
Shipping with tracking is one way to confirm that you are giving good customer service.
Even if eBay Holds the payment for anything up to 30 days, this has nothing to do with the use of a freight forwarder like eBay's eIS program.
