Not all my purchases show up in my collection, they show up in purchase history but the images and purchase information are no longer there

eBay does not save all the info. It goes away.

Create a dedicated email address for Ebay business and sold items will stay there until you delete the sold notifications. As far as photos, all you can do is keep them on your computer or on one of those teeny tiny drives that cost not much these days.

@jolson171 You didn't mention anything about dates. How old are the ones you're talking about? And what do you mean by "purchase information" that is missing? I know whenever I do my taxes I can go back and see all the things I bought over the last year. The listing details and even the photos may be missing on the oldest ones, but at the very least I can still see the title and how much I paid.

Do you need to go further back that 2017? On my Purchases, I can see back that far.
There is a spot on the right side of your screen where you can change the year of the purchases you want to see. Change it to the year you desire.

It's weird, for some purchases, I can see the picture and all the listing detail back to 2023 and some, that I bought six months ago only show just that i purchased it and the price I paid. And some of the bats and baseballs don't evan show that I purchased them.
It makes it hard to relist a card I brought 5 years ago. I just thought EBAY would keep that info for me for ever.
Can I request a spreadsheet of past purchases?
Thank you

Ebay has never done that nor have they said they would. Ebay keeps listings for up to 90 days. So unless you use a third party software to save listings for you and provide some other functions if you'd like, depending on how much you are willing to pay, you need to find your own way of saving listings that you think you will need again sometime.

If you must have past data, the Wayback Machine is often the only solution

The reason you might see the listing details on some older items might be because they were multi-quantity listings and it either is still an active listing or was until less than 90 days ago. The exact details of the listing at the time of your purchase won’t still be stored, but if it hasn’t changed it might well still match anyway.

You can only see the last 3 years. It used to be much shorter than that. There is no other way to get the info & no, eBay won't send you a spreadsheet.

There is a place where you can request different types of data that eBay is storing about your account. It comes in spreadsheet format.
I did it recently for purchases, but they only provided 2 years worth.

As I posted earlier, I can seem mine back to 2017. Now on the really old ones, I can't pull up the listings anymore, but I can see the pic of the item and the basic details of the purchase that is normal to be seen in the Purchase screen.
