Did you mean:

I would really appreciate the most efficient way to handle this situation

Hi brains trust, hoping you can help.

I listed several shirts and sold one to a buyer.  He came to collect it and decided to swap, which I was happy to do.  So now I have a shirt listed that's no longer available and a shirt sold that is now available.  What's the easiest way to handle this please?

Thanks in anticipation!

Easy.

End the listing for the shirt that is no longer available.

Re-list the shirt that was won but the buyer traded for another shirt.

If they're sufficiently similar otherwise, I would just edit your current listing to replace the photos and description details as needed.

Update the title if necessary, replace the photos of the shirt that's gone with photos of the one that's still available, tweak the Item Specifics as needed, and doublecheck that your description is still accurate.
