I want to use ebay authenticate but can't figure out how to do it

I went to sell and listings but I can't find the ebay authenticate listing option.  Does anyone know how to list with ebay authenticate?

They sell the bag for you. You have to send it to them and they list it & sell it.

There's relly no separate Ebay Authenticate, it's the same as eBay Valet, just with a different name, read TOS. If I were you, I would never trust them to sell anything expensive for you - they say in TOS they can sell your expensive stuff for any price they want, including very low.

Trusting them with your money and personal information is bad enough. I couldn't imagine sending them merchandise and hoping for the best. They would sell your 1822 Steinway for $0.99
