I sent offer, now can’t upload video

It seems once an offer has been sent, a video can’t be added to the listing.  Why?  If anything, I feel it would make a buying decision that much easier.  I should’ve held off sending offers to watchers until ALL pics and vids had been uploaded.

When you send offers it locks the listing so you can't edit or change things. 
If you need to put video in your listings, it's best to do so before sending offers.

There are many things that you can't update while an offer is active.   I believe the reason is to freeze the information in the listing so that the buyer is seeing consistent information each time they view it to decide whether to buy it or not.  My guess is that this came about because there must have been sellers in the past who were changing key information about the items, or terms of the listing, without the buyer being aware of those changes before accepting the offer and purchasing.
