I need a text message code to sign into my Ebay accounts

This just happened.

I have a primary Ebay account & 2 days ago I opened a 2nd account.  Each time I go to sign in, I have to go through a verification process.  And EB never recognizes my passwords.  So I end up having to get a text message with code to go to the account.

What am I doing wrong?

I sign in one account and click "switch account" and that's when the merry go round starts.

Doubtful unless there is something wrong with your desktop.  I only use a desktop or a laptop.  I never use the App.

Besides that would have nothing to do with if you have your Site Preferences set up to do the Two Step verification to log in.

I just talked to another EB rep and they  walked me through some steps, think the problem is solved.
