I just opened an e-Bay Store and I need to know how to...

Dear e-bay community...

How does one apply a "10%" savings to their listings?  I see that many sellers have their regular price with a slash through it and the new price with the discount percentage listed.  I went in my store under promotional manager and thought I had done it correctly, but none of my listings reflect that 10% savings, only at the bottom, stating save "additional 10% off."    What I'm I missing?

THANKS, in advance.

You need to use "Markdown Manager" to put items on sale in your store.

@the-godfather, "Markdown Manager" is a retired tool and a new tool was created within Promotions Manager. When you went to Promotions Manager did you choose the new "Sale Event + Markdown" or did you choose another type of promotion?

I just saw another thread about this, maybe you'll find useful information:

Also note that if you changed the price in any way, the item has to sit at that price for 14 days before the "sale event" tool will discount the listing.  I noticed you have a lot of "newly listed" and have changed the price recently on some other items.  Those items will not qualify for a sale event at this time.

Got it... THANKS!  Now, when I tired to include my entire inventory, it only would pick up 17/93 items.  The other were marked "Skipped:Price."  What does that mean and how do I include them as well?

THANKS again!

If it says skipped-price, those will not be able to be included for 14 days after the price change that you made and/or were new listings
