I have questions

They are not being answered on the 2018 update board.

I have questions about the multi variation listings. I have listings with the same item with different sizes and colors(hence the multi variations). lol

When I search those items, it shows a separate listing for each one. This is so confusing, and will be to buyers. How do I fix it?

Also, I thought our existing listings would automatically switched over, now I hear we have to do it manually. So we cancel each one and create a new listing?

I have questions

If I'm hearing you correctly, you are saying you currently have a separate listing for each "variation" you have right? I scanned thru your listings and see no MV listings currently so I think I'm right.

If that's the case then sorry to say you'd have to cancel all of them and start a new MV listing to add them together into one. As far as I know, there's no way to merge separate listings into one MV listing. I don't think you can even revise one listing and add variations... you'd have to create/add them from the start.

Can't answer on the variations listings, but I'll be looking for others' replies as I have some myself.

Listings automatically switched over to what? 30 day free returns? Switching anything over automatically would make it mandatory.

Hi, sorry for the misunderstanding, I've been trying to get this answer for 2 days.

I currently have listings with multi variations, when I search for them they are showing as all separate listings. I have them in one listing, and don't understate by they are separated. Here is the link to my MV listing I'm referring to.

I was to understand that our current listings would be converted as they are. Do we have to cancel and start over?

I have questions

I looked at the black board shorts and I do have the option of choosing one of different sizes.  Did you mean you also have them in gray or navy TOO and those also come in 3 or 4 sizes?  They look as though they are working the way they are supposed to.  It IS possible to put both different sizes AND different colors in one listing (3 sizes in 4 colors for 12 options).  They are a bit more difficult to set up (you will end up with TWO sets of pull down menues - one for size, and another for color) but they can be done.

It is set up correctly but you need to add the pictures to the variations so the red top shows red.  The sizes dont really show all that much so no need to bother with those.

I have questions

I'm not sure what you mean either.........

A search for one of the varations will bring up the listing which shows all of them

NY-Collection-Womens-Semi-Sheer-Checkered-Button-Down-Top-Blouse Red

The picture should show the red item, but doesn't since I don't believe you have the pics associated with the colors......

give us a link to the single one..........

I have those shirts from that link in one multi variation listing, but when I search they show as separate listings.

Are you seeing one listing, or separate listings?

I have questions

EBAY made work for you to do. They dont care if you sell anything. They only care if someone sells the item. Not you necessarily.  I wonder how many sellers dont even know yet that EBAY made scrambled eggs of their listings variations that they paid for and worked on and now they have to do the work all over? One can only assume EBAY is hoping you (a small seller) will quit because they cant be bothered. Why else would they do this? Certainly not to accomodate you or help you sell anything.

I'm still not sure if you are referring to 30 day free returns. If so, you can edit the listings using the bulk editor. Click the tab at the top that says "edit fields", then select "returns". Set you return policy for 30 days and seller pays return shipping.

I'm seeing one listing - it contains the option of choosing a red or blue shirt in a 1X and the other in a 1X or 3X so I'm not sure what you mean.

Please don't be so negative as none of us understand what the problem is the OP is having. We all see 1 variation listing but the OP didn't set up their photos appropriately when making up the listing. Ebay has done nothing to the listing.

Okay, thank you!!! I tried a search using the brand, attributes, and instead of one variation listing coming up, a separate listing came up for each one in the group search.
