I have increased the Selling limits but still getting the same Request higher selling limit message

As mentioned, eBay just increased the Selling limits for my account, but I am still getting the same message every time I try to List my items.

Do any body know what is the issue ?

There are Selling Limits and there are Category Limits. Increasing your general Selling limit does not affect your Category limits.

If you are getting the message that you cannot list in a specific category, you have hot a Category Limit.

Do you mean you can't list anything else and you are below just increased limit?  or do you mean you can list but still get the message?
