I am unable to add tracking numbers and have lost top rated status

I am not able to add the tracking numbers for several of my transactions.  I uploaded the tracking information on Paypal's website however I still am unable to upload the tracking information on ebay.  I recently lost my top rated status because of  alert message "This tracking number is already associated with another active shipment."

So you entered the tracking on Paypal, but when you try to enter it on eBay it won't accept it?

Did you combine several items to a single shipment?

Your accounts must be linked. Also, any combined shipments have only 1 tracking number. ~~C~~

When I upload tracking in eBay, it automatically adds it to PayPal as it's always there without me having to do anything.

No offense but other than losing the dog show ribbon, has it affected anything? I am currently volunteering to lose the ribbon to give my customers better shipping costs and hopefully increasing my revenue.
