My OOAK listing for 4 Tommy Bahama Bowls - 2 blue & 2 yellow - $30 free shipping - My personal internal business identifying MPN number 321 used in most of my listings - My item number 133648512502.
Stolen / copy of my listing - exact photo of my OOAK listing & item specifics I created including my personal MPN - Their Price $94.00 - Their item number 234069115814.
I find this type of thievery / price gouging of my items on occasion and it ticks me off that unscrupulous people are allowed to get away with this on eBay.
First thing I did was add that seller to my blocked list. If they happen to sell them to an naïve buyer they won't be able to get them to ship them and will get an out of stock strike against their account. (I have the only one of that particular set).
What can I report them for? People copy my listings all the time and eBay does nothing about that but this is overboard with the price gouging aspect.
Appreciate any suggestions.

I personally put together this particular new set of bowls.
The seller in question cannot and does not have these.
Yes, there are many, many Tommy Bahama bowls listed. Just not the same as mine - except for the stolen / copied listing.

Those are different colors than mine.
That particular listing appeared awhile after mine was listed. I was told about it right after it appeared and encouraged to make sure it did not contain my business identifiers.
I think that seller saw my listing and made a set similar to mine from one-off bowls. No issue with that. People steal ideas all the time.

I might lose a sale for a bit but "they" would not be able to circumvent my block by having a buddy purchase my bowls if by some strange chance their listing sells at that price.
I know, punishing myself maybe, but doggone it, this frosts my cookies! 😠
Yep you do the work and other use it: Age old problem.
I hope you get to were you can just let is slide...

I suppose some people could view this situation as an unconscionable (or brilliant depending upon one's mindset) way of conducting no skin in the game drop shipping.
Maybe I'll just raise my price to $93.00 😁

Best not to worry about what other sellers are doing. You did the right thing by blocking him. Hopefully he'll buy yours, or try to.

It's not price gouging and it's not fraud, if he has the bowls. People can charge whatever they want on these kind of items. Nobody is pressured to buy them.

He doesn't have these exact bowls. I do.
And agreed, people can ask whatever price they want.
I just find it darn sad what some people will do.
My conscience would never allow me to treat others in such a manner.

I agree, but when all is said and done, the copying is condoned by eBay. Unless you can persuade the seller to steal the photos from someone else, or (ideally) take his own, you may be stuck having to look at them.
That grouping of 2 blue 7" dishes and 2 yellow ones is not unique; in fact the listing that someone else pointed out in a previous reply here was for three lots of 2-blue/2-yellow; the first two lots have already sold. (That seller is asking $34 plus Shipping, and it could be that your rival bought those.) I found another seller with a set of 7 of the blue plates, $65 or Best Offer for the lot.
FWIW, you do seem to be offering the best deal, so buyers who are bothering to comparison-shop will still be coming to you.
