Hello everyone, I am still shocked by the way Ebay has handled this situation I’m having with a buyer.
He bought an item from me and he was demanding too many stuff like discounts and stuff, so u just canceled the order and he started harassing me by calling me ill ni**e. And other harsh stuff. I called Ebay and they have yet to take action.
He he left me harassing feedback as well and do y’all think they’ll remove them?

Ok, sorry, another post said you asked for money post sale.
You did not say that you did in the OP, though.
Buyer was asking for something not in the listing. You report the buyer and just tell them, sorry but Ebay charges me fees on what the item sold for.
Then see what happens.

It seems strange that you would use that word here and in your feedback reply. It also seems that the buyer is just as shocked as you were over the transaction.
Just strange.

Yea, I’m only 18 years old and I am full time college student so I can’t always keep up and there is too much demand and complainsOP, I give you a lot of credit, GOOD FOR YOU, for going to college full time and selling on Ebay.
Please dont tell me that you accept this as a valid reason that the OP obviously has so many unhappy customers

No, sorry, I wasn't saying that was a valid reason, but I can see I should have been more explicit. Sellers have to be able to devote the time needed to staying on top of things.
Just saying that the OP is handling a demanding full schedule, what with college and selling.

This is a great place to get advice and help, but you need to give more details. Did your buyer pay? Did your buyer ask to cancel or did you cancel on your own? If you canceled on your own, what reason did you use? Why would they call you names?
Your feedback is troubling. Having that many listings would be quite time consuming, but unfortunately, ebay won't care about any of your excuses as to why you can't keep up or fulfill the orders.

Just now thoroughly checked the OP's feedback. OP, your feedback is VERY troubling, and you have to keep up. If a seller continually has issues, they may lose their selling privileges.

I am thinking that the situation is over. The OP canceled, the OP got the neg, the OP replied to it. There isn't much else to be advised to do except maybe the odds of and how to get rid of the neg.
The OP asked how to handle it, they might mean the next time.
But OP, the above is correct. If you have a problem, come here first and let us know what is happening before you do anything. On ebay, sometimes what looks like the obvious solution is not always the right one as far as the seller is concerned.
