Item: Husqvarna safety glasses
Potential cutomer:
Hi - does the classic version have distortion due to the wrap?
Reply:
Hello and Merry Christmas! I'm not sure what you mean? Aloha, James
Potential customer:
If you are selling to the English speaking public, you must learn to speak the language. Does the curving of the lens make your vision poor or not real?

Seems to me if a the quality of the safety glasses were critical, The buyer would have an idea
of what he was looking for before hand.
And, I wouldn't be buying them on ebay.

For sure. I don't buy anything work- related from the Bay. My theory is that the buyer was looking more to play BMOC and push people around than to actually make this purchase.
I'm willing to bet dollars to donuts that most of this buyer's interactions on the net are adversarial.

And if the buyer runs his lip like that in " real life" he should probably invest in a good mouth guard as well as safety glasses, to keep those chicklets in.👊

My response would be.....
"Having learned how critical the optical curvature can be, I would suggest you contact the manufacturer for accurate information. "

respond in a different language and post results in this thread.

If you decide to reply to the query, I would access a thesaurus and find the most obscure words to formulate your response.
This should test their own command of the English language.

LOL... love it!

when potential buyer starts asking too many questions, I feel I'm being set up for an open case after they receive.
I had one recently asking all kinds of questions about a pair of Ralph Lauren lounge pants. Way too many questions. I did review the feedback they left for sellers, and they do like leaving negatives & neutrals. I just had to block them and move on.
