Couple of months ago i was able to generate a report for sold items and get this info
Order number | Net amount | Payout date | Item ID | Transaction ID | Item title | Item subtotal | Shipping | eBay tax | Final Value Fee | International fee | Gross transaction amount |
Now all i have is
Order Number | Paid On Date | Item Number | Transaction ID | Item Title | Sold For | eBay Collected Tax | Total Price |
I do not see final value fees anymore. I do not see international fees.
How am i suppose to do my taxes ?
I also do not see a way to get report for entire year, only 90 days of this nonsense.
Why cant they keep report to look the same all the time ?
It changes the way it looks constantly making it difficult to work with.

Without going through each sales record? No idea.
I would suggest that next year you make an excel sheet and log everything about each sale.
it takes me just a moment or two to do it and I have a complete record of each sale including all packing costs, ship costs and any profit for it, fees, etc..
with such a sheet you don’t have to reply on ebay to give you the end of year costs. As you just never know when ebay will have a glitch….

Yeppers excel works great and if you have multiple locations access works wonders for information by downloading excel into access. It will generate any report you need. Over 40 years and we have always kept our own records and would never depend on someone else for detailed information of our finances.

I also use Access. Love it. Allows you to edit one record at a time, and not have to follow lines.

All you really need to do is make an expense sheet. Since everything is laid out on the 1099-K and you can look up in the seller hub, you only have to make an expense sheet for any other business expenses that you have.
