How will tariffs affect eBay's International Shipping program?

Is it known yet whether the tariffs will affect eBay's International Shipping program (i.e. will non-US buyers have to pay a "surcharge", even for unaffected items such as records)?

I just received a sale about an hour ago through eIS going to Australia. I didn't notice a surcharge on the order details.

That would depend on which country the buyer is, where the goods you are shipping are made and the value.

No different than it has always been.
