How to update the eBay store URL

Back in the old days, we were able to update the store URL very easily. Mine shows up as this "https://www.ebay.com/str/movieandgamessuperstore" and would like to change the "movieandgamessuperstsore" to our actual business and branding. Even calling customer support, they do not know where this option has even been moved to. Any thoughts?

Yeah, I had checked that page out. As you can see here, we used to be able to update this URL and now all of a sudden I just do not see it anywhere.

Is there a mod that can possibly help us with this as it seems like this is a feature that was taken away from the old pages.

You need to edit the store name........the URL will then be changed to it........  Use this link

I already did that several times last night and just did again this morning, it still shows up with the very old name. It's cool they want to update stuff on the site, but at least don't remove certain functionality. Even their CS was clueless last night when I called them about this and we deal with US support.

If they don't know the answer off hand, they can probably get it to the stores team.

Give it a bit more time..........lots of stuff like this isn't instantly changed.  It may not work, but may also be a lag in time.

I see that they haven't set one up yet for the last 2 weeks.

Maybe brian@ebay or tyler@ebay can provide some further guidance on this issue.

They skipped last week because of eBay Open but should be doing it this week I believe.  Brian has moved on to a different department, but Tyler should be able to help. 👍

Give it time.  It takes atleast 24 - 48 hours to be live, and starts the count again every time you play with it.

Hey @debbiesholidaybarn I see you we're able to solve this. Would you please mind sharing? I am in the same boat now. Changed my name on my store but its been weeks and the url still hasn't updated. Any help appreciated!

I would recommend contacting eBay support, they have helped us also get that setup as we had the same issue.
