How to stop Auto-Relist

How does one stop the auto-relist feature for a buy it now option? There is old advice that says select “Actions” then “Remove Auto-Relist” however; I do not see this anymore.

in the mobile app it’s a toggle on the last screen with the “list it” button, after youre done editing and have clicked “continue.” on desktop it’s a toggle somewhere on the edit / create listing page, though i can’t remember where and don’t have a desktop in front of me.

I'm trying to figure this out as I'm having items relisted automatiacally. 

I'm not seeing any box to check or toggle to turn this feature off on the revise page?
