Hello, my buyer has had second thoughts on her feedback left for me. I clicked on "send feedback revision request" button shown on help.
That took me to my feedback page.
The only option I see on that is "reply" to the buyer's feedback.
How do I send them the feedback revision form?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Buyers can only revise feedback that was left within the past 30 days and which has a neutral or negative rating. You don't seem to have any of those. If you're referring to a feedback that has a positive rating, or one that is past 30 days, all the buyer can do is leave a followup comment.

Interesting side note. IDK why, but when I go and look at my own FB, I do not see that option for requesting a feedback revision form, but if I look at yours, or anyone else's really, I do see it.

If the feedback you are requesting to be revised is for the aluminum plate, it's a positive feedback so it can't be revised and even if it could, I wouldn't waste a feedback revision request on that one.
IMO, the constructive criticism offered is valid so take it to heart. It's not a terrible feedback.

Thank you for the reply. It was the seller who contacted me and asked me to send her the revision form.
I now realize that the revisions only apply to negative (overall) readings.
thank you! 😊

Positive feedback can't be revised.
The feedback isn't too bad, the buyer said the item was fine.
Bear in mind, If the buyer leaves a follow up comment, or if you reply to the feedback it will stand out more.
Don't bother about it, that feedback wouldn't stop me buying from you.
And I don't think many buyers read positive feedbacks.

It was the seller who asked to remove it. She had a change of heart.
