It's easy. Just use the list of Craig. Or try a want ad in your local newspaper. Set up a table at the flea market. Lots of alternatives.

Actually, this may be somewhat possible using the shipping tables someone mentioned in another post.
If you set them up so shipping is cheap in your region but unreasonably high to others, then you would get very few sales to the other regions, it would not block them but it would deter them.
However I'm not sure in this market I'd want to limit myself from selling to the entire country. Just make them pay the postage.

Not sure why you would want to do this. I am in Ohio and most of my sales are in Texas, Florida, and California. Set your shipping to calculated.

The answer to your question is, no. But are you drop-shipping? Is that creating some kind of issue? I ask because nothing you sell is in any way region-specific, and all your photos and descriptions are the stock ones common to drop-shippers.

No shipping from our warehouse in Atlanta and the shipping is too high to rest of the country. Thanks!

Just list with calculated shipping. Let potential customers decide whether the shipping to their location is too high.

Then use Calculated Shipping and let the buyers decided, as already suggested. Or, if you want to continue to offer free shipping, raise your prices to cover shipping to any destination. Or, keep the free shipping and the prices as they are, and take the loss on shipping to some destinations. Your choice. What you don't have is a choice to ship only to the destinations with the shipping costs you accounted for in your original business plan / pricing.

The biggest benefit of eBay to any seller is the traffic it provides, the coverage you get - all demographics.
You are cutting your chances down to such a low % of possible US sales - eBay may not the place for you.

Well, most of us are.

Your buyers are supposed to be paying for shipping.
