From my  Feedback revision request to loriszoo for Torquoise Fingerlings Interactive Baby Monkey Mini Moving Pet Toys Kids Gifts (222684200732) has expired. The buyer did not take any action on your request. But after that we resend our item to them again and now they just got our item and request us how to revise the feed back rating? What shall we do next? Please advise us.

Since a seller is only permitted to send one request, which is limited to a finite number of days, it is important to work out any solution with the buyer before sending it.   

 

Your buyer might be able to call ebay and convince them to remove it, but I know of nothing else you can do unless you wish to reply as a follow-up.

I presume the reason the request expired is because the replacement item was shipped from China. Drop shipping has it's drawbacks.

 

Send a second request which may be ignored. You should always respond to negative feed back with something like; 2nd item send & rec'd FB revision request ignored.

 

 I look at feed back before placing a bid. If the sellers has not responded to their negatives with more than some generic drivel I don't buy.

You can only send one feedback revision for that transaction, you can't send a second one.

For the future, do not send a feedback revision request until the issue is completed.  

 

Buyer has no reason to revise feedback until and unless the issue has been addressed and the buyer has been satisfied.

 

Also, while you may have corrected the issue, that does not necessarily mean that the buyer will revise that feedback.  He may prefer that it stand to show that he had an issue with you.  Just fixing the issue does not mean it was a positive buyer experience.
