Hello, so i'm selling digital goods(Gift card, via email delivery).
And today, after i delivered my item to a guy. They opened a item request against me on eBay.
Now how can i protect myself.
I already delivered the item to him. What is worked 100%.
But he opened a case as the item is "not working or defected."
What should i do now?
Please give me answer. I don't wanna lose my money.
I'm very nervous now!

So many issues with this listing.
1) you listed this as a collectible gift card. It needs to be listed in gift cards.
2) you cannot cancel a sale because the buyer is new
3) you MUST physically deliver the card. email delivery is not ok.
4) new seller

Digitally delivered items have to be listed in the everything else category which supports the classified ad listing format. It comes with a hefty listing fee.

I wouldn't assume the buyer is malicious in this case. It might be that he just cannot figure out how to use it.

I looked it up for you and digitally delivered gift cards aren’t allowed at all. If you wish to keep your selling privileges then don’t list them on eBay.

What is this???
The World 2nd most popular online marketplace, with 400-500M monthly visits. And the easiest place to scam someone???
Yes, very possibly.
For the next time, start with going over ALL the policies and requirements for selling such an item. ALL of them, then decide if it is something you want to risk.
An unofficial mantra of sellers on ebay: If you can't afford to lose the item and the money, don't list it.

eBay does alot to prevent these types of issues.
For one, they require you physically deliver the card. You need to understand the site where you list before you list.

Before you list anything else, you need to read the rules
