Hello. I wish to use my account to post in several Ebay websites. Besides de US, I also want to post on Portuguese and the Italian ones.
However, when I enter the Portuguese website, logged in my account, it's just the US version with the Portuguese website address in the address bar. When I click on sell, it's just creating the sale on the US version
So I ask. Is there a way to sell on another ebay using the same account? If not, it is mandatory to use a different e-mail address? I was trying to create one, and it complained about using the same address that I use in the US's version.

can't help with your basic question..........
But just a heads up........be sure to check Italy Import rules.......as I remember there used to be some that were pretty "odd".......leather is one that used to be excluded, I think........ Also it used to be fairly common to exclude Italy due to the rotten Postal service as well as possible problems with missing items after going thru customs....... Perhaps people with more updated info can advise.
Also think Italy is still in Covid trouble, so that may compounded shipping problems...... Might be best to wait until all that is cleared up.........
just thoughts

eBay Portugal is a "fake" eBay site similar to New Zealand, it doesn't really exist as a standalone site.

There’s isn’t a Portuguese version of eBay (eBay.pt) in the same way that there is an eBay.co.uk, eBay.de, eBay.fr, etc. Ebay just isn’t as popular in Portugal as it is in other countries......

Most of the restriction you refer to are the result of extremely old information (pre-EU) that USPS had (maybe still have) in their systems.
Of all EU countries during Covid I've had the fastest and most reliable deliveries to Italy, Germany a close second. There were a lot of issues with customs delays back in 2007-09 but that was resolved more than a decade ago.

I list directly onto the ebay UK site with just the one ebay ID as most of my buyers are over there in UK. However be aware there maybe international selling fees and buyers maybe charged taxes when you list on other ebay sites. Also if buyer buys one on ebay USA and one off the other sites you can't combine the invoice. Depending what you sell you can list on other ebay sites under your same ebay id and email. But there will also be foreign currency conversion charges when money goes into your bank.
