My buyer did never pay and I waited and waited because of his credit card problems.

Today, I have to pay the eBay fees for an unpaid item. Ebay limits an action to 30 days and now it's too late. That is shocking, because I was patient with the buyer and now I am 2x screwed. Thank you eBay !!
