On your goal to being a "topsaler", please take the time to research your ability to sell and participate in online selling/e-commerce from Sri Lanka, in order to be able to sell legally, etc.

It appears that your Govt has constraints regarding same and you will need to be able to enroll in Managed Payments and utilize Payoneer, etc.

Please take the time to research what is needed to set up your account properly so that you can work to eventually sell on this site or others.  Best wishes to you.  In the meantime, please read all the helpful selling links below.
