eBay has never given feedback.  Buyers and sellers give feedback.

I see you have made two sales so far. Congrats! Both are recent transactions. Be patient. Buyers have 60 days in which to leave feedback for the seller.

Only if you refund the buyer and cancel the order or are TRS+ status... 10%
