I was given my first and only negative review. The buyer asked me after I had already shipped his item to ship it to a different address that was not attached to his profile. He left a negative review saying that I did not deliver to his requested address. It is my knowledge that we are not to ship to any address except what is on their account. He will not remove the review. What can I do?

Contact eBay and request the removal of that feedback immediately, as it is inappropriate. The buyer was asking you to break the rules and thankfully you didn't. You should not be penalized for it.

Go through eBay’s Facebook page. I had a weird negative removed today - took just a few minutes.

You can't leave negative feedback and if you post anything bad to a buyer it is a violation....

You should be able to get that negative removed since you are absolutely not suppose to ship anything unless that buyers address has been changed appropriately on their account. You never ship if that person wants it sent somewhere else other than a legit address which HAS to be changed on their account.

I don't see the negative so you must have gotten it removed. Be sure to report the buyer and block them too.

UPDATE: It has been removed. Thank all of you for the quick help!! Great community.

Report this buyer as well as advised above and add them now to your BBL.

You can't leave negative feedback for a buyer....
Or do you literally mean what does the word violation mean?
