Can someone tell me how to find a person to help me list items and how much should I pay them. We have about 1000 items listed but could do more with help. I know some of yall have solved this problem already. How do you do it.

If you are in or near a college town, try to find a place to post the job opportunity there.

You could always advertise locally perhaps on FB or Cl. Most people here are busy with their own shops, so I doubt you'll get many takers and no doubt that person would want nice fee as well. Lots to consider.
Good luck to you!

Do you sell enough to make it worth paying some one?

Hello. What would you want the new hire to do regarding listing items? As suggested by @lakefor94 , contact a marketing or art department of a local university to see if they have a mentorship or summer work program. If you just need an extra set of untrained hands, then try asking a local Girl/Eagle Scout troupe or other businesses to see if they have a trustable teen/young adult. As an employer, you would be taking on an important role. I hope this helps!

how much should I pay them
$20 an hour, minimum.
Expect them to list at the same speed as you, or slower. Don't forget to make it legal with the IRS.

I did this for a couple of months a few years ago, charged $15 cash per hour, used their accounts. Would never list anything I don't have physical possession of on my accounts. Good luck!
