Just to preface, I have googled this address and have come up with several mixed responses from sellers.
This is the exact way the address is listed on ebay and how it comes up on the shipping label.
I have read that this address is most likely a freight forwarder, but I want to be sure that before I send it I have some protection in case they try to claim non-delivery based on the zipcode, which is listed incorrectly.
Im also perplexed as to why there are times listed on the address.
Should I just refund the purchase? I'm concerned. The purchase is for $158.

look at your buyer's profile. Probably states they are located in another country.
The address looks like a F.F. Just Google map the address. More than likely a warehouse / distribution center.

the thing about freight forwarders is they are legitimate places that legitimate customers use. I'm pretty sure if you canceled the sale that would throw your metrics out the window and you probably end up banned. The whole freight forwarder thing is massively blown out of proportion. when the item is scanned delivered to that location you have definitely sent them the item. but just looking at you sales amounts I would think cancelling is probably a really bad idea. best bet is to stop reading posts about how bad your expirience selling is going to be because nearly everyone making those posts is a screw up that can't figure out how to get an item in the same condition as the pictures to the customer or how to make it so a box stays closed during shipping. you always gotta assume when you have a platform with hundreds of thousands of people who aren't complaining but you find the 2 or 3 posts that are complaining about it that those posters are just morons who refuse to accept responsibility. I just print the label as ebay has the adress and that's that. I don't go about complicating the transactions because I read a negative post about how everyone is actually out to get me.

Hi, We here in New Jersey have used Freight Fowarding Companies on many different ocassions without any issues. Cancelling an order only because your buyer is using a Freight Fowarding Company & taking a service metrics hit is just silly. IMHO Of-Course! (J.B. FROM N.J.)
