How to change eBay handling time default for faster listing

The auto fill for my handling time was suddenly changed from 1 day to 5 days. One more step to fix for listing. How can I edit this default setting? I found an old thread but the options are not populating in the eBay business policies page or under the shipping preferences section.

I use bulk edit......if you don't know how to use it, please post again........but handling time is one of the drop down choices..

If you are using Business Policies that is where you can make a change.

After looking at your business policies, also take a look at your shipping preferences (https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf).   At  the middle of the page you will see:  Select cut-off times for same day dispatch/
Set your working days.  Even if you don't offer same day shipping, take a look at which days are checked as your working days. You can choose which days are counted as a starting point for your handling time.  This may also affect your handling time.  **this can not be done through the app

On this page  you can also choose combined payments, flat shipping rules, calculated shipping rules, and promotional shipping rules  -- if any of that is of interest to you.

I use Templates to create my listings.  So all the repeat type fields I set in my Templates.  My TOS [terms of sales] and anything else I can.  They work really well for me.  I just wish we could get a form of the Bulk Editor for the Templates.  That would be so useful.
