How does anyone know who someone is replying to now that (it looks to me) they have removed showing the person's ID they are replying to from the posts?

Or is this something that happened to me when I cleared my Temp Int Files/Cache again so I could get my listings back to normal?

lol most of my kudos were for telling funny stories.

Someone would post, who was having a real bad day.

So I would tell a goofy story, to try and cheer them up.

I had a lot of peeps tell me that my stories about my goof up made their day.

All my stories, are a joke on me, I am the punch line.

But them my personal mod got tired of removing my off topic post.

She advised me to open my own group, so I did.

top of page > groups > special interest groups > ebay friends > sock monkey daves bar & grill.

All are welcome, pull up a bar stool, and tell a story.

The post replied to? At least for me, once I read a post that someone makes, and if I reply to it, I just keep scrolling down the thread to read the rest of the replies until I reach the end of the thread.

I guess if I wanted to get back into the thread I would just click on Discussions, at the top, and then locate the thread and go back in.

Maybe that's why I sometimes miss things.

But then, I don't have a lot of time to spend any more reading/posting.

I believe I saw kudos somewhere the other day. It was just the icon for the thumbs up in blue.

Hey Snoop.... the bar is still open.

I posted a new dog story a few days ago.

I write in fits and spurts.

I will read books for weeks.

Then go all quiet... (drives the wife crazy)

I will lock myself in my room, and write.

Now, I learned years ago, she does not want to hear my stories.

She thinks I am goofy... and I guess I am.

But I am not the one in the yard, with a Mason jar, full of baby frogs. At midnight

And Bob the box turle... best pet we ever had.

There is a frog, that has lived under our tub for 29 years.

Albino cave crickets... yum.

Board has not used kudos in quite some time.

It has been helpfuls for quite some time.

I think kudo is more specific. You can kudo if you like the post, or were helped by the post.

A helpful should just be for if you were helped, but in the absence of the kudo, it is used as if it were a kudo anyway.

Is this a permanent change? I do not like the no date thing and I like to know when someone is reponding to me in case I need to tell them they are wrong.
