An odd offer on eBay

@easybuyseth Decline the offer and add the buyer to your blocked bidder list.

This is a scam. They are asking for your e-mail so they can send you a fake PayPal e-mail saying you were paid and hoping you will ship without actually checking for funds in your PP account.

You only have 23 FB and have listed a bunch of iPhones. New seller + electronics = scam magnet.

Consider selling your items at Fixed Price with IPR. Do not accept offers, do not list auction style. Go in to your account, site preferences, and set up buyer blocks to restrict International sales.

Consider selling these locally for cash on pickup until you build up your FB a lot more. Good luck.

An odd offer on eBay

As said, This is a scam, New or low feedback sellers selling phones on eBay are targets for scammers. Buyer wants your email address so they can send you phony email that you've been paid, ship now. No buyer needs any information from you to pay you. Always Check your pay pal account for payment before shipping, and pay pal says OK to ship. Good Luck to you.

It's a scam.

They are hoping you'll be so blinded by the $$ that you'll fall for it.

The scam is clear - they are asking for your PayPal email addy for payment.  The  ONLY reason they would do that is to send you a fake, but extremely real looking, 'You've been paid - now ship" message allegedly from PayPal.

New sellers of high priced items are often targets.

Decline and block.

@easybuysethWhat EVERYONE upthead ^^^^says

Add the buyer to your block list http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?bidderblocklogin

Do NOT give him your email address.

REMOVE Best Offer from your listings. If you must sell here, list fixed price immediate payment required. Best advice - sell locally for cash in hand.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Google search anything you wonder about!  If you had, you would have found "scam" as the first one million results.

I have a question about using a mobile for eBay.  Does a buyer have your phone number if you reply to a question with your phone?

That may be a stupid question.
