I have misplaced an item in my inventory that I have just sold and I could easily find it if I knew the exact date I listed it, Some have said click on the sold item and there will be a bar at the top with the date your item was listed along with other information, eBay must have changed that as it is nowhere to be found for me on the app or desktop, I see revisions history but it does not show me the date it was listed only revisions.

Hi @turtleswares17,
I searched your sold listings, and sorted them by the date listed, then scrolled through them until I found the right item #. It says those shorts were listed Nov-17 16:26 PDT (which would be 4:26 pm PDT).
It doesn't give the year, but if you look at the Item Revision History, it was first revised on Nov 20, 2021. You revised it around 15 - 20 times each month from Nov 2021 until Jan 2022, and then several times each month until March.
So that says that you first listed it on Nov 17, 2021.
Also, I scrolled through the rest of your listings in that order, and saw items sold that had been listed in Nov and Dec 2021, and then Jan, Feb, Mar and Apr 2022. There were no sales from other months. So that means that it must have been started in November of last year, not an earlier year.

Maybe because OP has so many sold listings? I saw 3 pages of sold items at 240 listings per page. This listing was almost all the way down near the bottom of the first page.
Here's the search I ran to find it. The Dated listed - oldest first sort shows all the listings in chronological order by the start date, so they are in the correct order including the year, although it isn't shown. You have to scroll through all of them, watching the months change one by one, to find out if the oldest ones were listed in the last year, or more than a year ago.
...
FYI, this wouldn't work if the listing was ended early, or if it has quantity=zero and the seller uses the Out of Stock option. Listings don't show up in the completed or sold items search in either of those cases.

@lacemaker3 I found the listing under solds, but the date wasn't there, just revision dates. Glad you found it!

@evry1nositswindy, you saw the revisions dates listed in the sold-items search?
That's very strange. I've never seen revision dates shown there. Can you share a screeshot?
