What do you mean by "transfer"?

You can transfer Ticketmaster tickets you own using your Ticketmaster account. Basically you just type in your recipient's email address and Ticketmaster sends them a link, changing the ownership from you to them.
Exactly how that would work here on eBay, I'm not sure, since there is technically an encrypted eBay email address for your buyer, but whether they can accept and use a Ticketmaster transfer that way, I don't know. Probably best to use your buyer's phone number (which you will receive as part of the order details) to phone or text them and ask them for their off-eBay email address (though the downside of doing that is that you have no proof of delivery that way).
Having said all that, I don't know what scams focusing on tickets in particular are out there, so I don't know what specifically to warn against.

Have you thought about using Ticketmaster own system to re-sell tickets? There are several venues to do so aside from eBay, perhaps their fees are more favorable.

If I was buying, I'd go to the Ticketmaster site... would it work to sell yours there? (I'm with @titipeo). Tick this link. Good luck. >> Sell Your Ticket at Ticketmaster | Concerts, Sports, Theater

It reminds me of the days of having to either camp out at the local mall (Macy's had a ticketmaster window) to get concert tickets or would have to find a scalper who would sell you tickets reasonably. I think sometimes we had a better time camping out overnight for tickets than some of the actual concerts.
I also do not like having a ticket master print out (transaction ticket printed at home) vs. getting an actual ticket stub that had the band/event listed on it.
And now many venues prohibit parking lot bbq gatherings before the events.
A lot of the concert/event experience/fun has been eliminated. Except for traffic, parking and incredibly high cost of a beer.
I'm done whining.
