If eBay deems it counterfeit, my suggestion is not to relist it or you could jeopardize your account....permanently.  Sorry for your situation.

What is the item in question? As ckimodog has posted, it can be dicey to test Ebay on this policy as it can get your account suspended. There is a reason why you ask.
