How do i list an item for product key?

How do I list an item for product key? Can I just emial the key. will I get penalized for not sending providing the tracking number?

Without a tracking number the buyer can just claim they never got it and ebay will immediately give them their money back and give you a defect.

eBay has a specific policy for digitally delivered goods.

Of particular note is this:

"You need to list your item only in the Everything Else > Information Products category using only the Classified Ad format."

Do you have authorization from the rights owner that legally allows you to sell the product key?
