Hi all!
Our eBay listing clearly states a shipping fee of $3.25, but a Buyer left Negative feedback, because shipping was charged.
We have asked them to review our listing, which is still active, and to revise their feedback; however, they have been unresponsive to our messaging through eBay.
Can we ask eBay directly to correct this for us and remove the Negative comment?
Thanks for your community support!

Did you report the buyer?

There is a link to try & get FB removed, I would suggest the reason 'buyer is asking for something not in the listing', ie; free shipping, when you don't have free shipping. I've seen that be successful in the past, but it's been a long time since I've tried it.

seems again there is a problem with free shipping showing up with some devices. This is the cause of this mess.
Tell the user this and request a feedback revision.
Also use face book to tell this to and ask to have the feedback removed.

I'm not sure the status of this, but there was a problem with the eBay app showing 'free' shipping when in actuality there WAS a shipping charge. If I recall, eBay did acknowledge this - that alone would be grounds for removal. But I would do what @simply-the-best-for-you says and apply for removal on the grounds of demands for something not in the listing.
The tone of the FB tells me the buyer isn't going to change anything. Your reply would have been better to simply say "Listing clearly states $3.25 shipping charge" and leave the personal messaging out of it - a response is designed to reassure your buyers going forward of your good CS, not hash out issues with a present buyer.
ETA: I just read @simply-the-best-for-you further comment and they're right - this may not be worth bothering with since it's such a silly demand - it won't affect you.

You only get a limited number of FB Revision Requests, I would NOT waste one on this buyer, who the OP already contacted & is ignoring them. Save it for when you may need it.
One neg is not going to affect you anyway & the buyer is the one who looks silly in this case.

I totally forgot about that glitch where the app shows FS, but I'm not sure that you'll get Ebay to do anything about that, it's been going on for a long time.

Ebay won't remove the feedback but you can try emailing the buyer with a feedback revision request. I'm not sure if you can add a picture, but if so, you should explain that the listing showed $3.25 shipping and include a picture:

Yes, asked them to review the listing again and asked 3x to revise their feedback, but they did no acknowledge any of our messages.
Thank you!

Yes, and we asked them to review the listing again and also politely asked 3x to revise their feedback, but they did not acknowledge any of our messages.
Thank you!

Thanks! We can't find a link to ask eBay to consider removing.
They buyer left Negative feedback after the transaction was completed without even asking if we even could consider shipping the item for free.
It was a very small sale and the shipping was actually more than we charge them. Go figure!

Thanks! We did ask them to review the listing again and also politely asked 3x to revise their feedback, but they did not acknowledge any of our messages.
There should be a way for eBay to assist us Sellers in such a situation. Hoping to find a solution.

Good advice. Thanks!
We did apply for removal on the grounds of demands for something not in the listing. Asked the Buyer to revise. but they never responded.
Not worried, this is minor, as we know our CS is A+ based on past feedback.
Much appreciated!

Good to know. Much appreciated! Thanks!

Tried unsuccessfully.
Not worried, as we know our CS is excellent!
More disappointed in the buyer, but they are relatively new...so chalking this one up as a learning!
