How do I modify Packing List message to buyer

Can't find any way to change the message to our customers on the ebay packing list. Message now says "I" and I want it to say "We" as my wife and I share our ebay business. The standard ebay printed message to our customer on the packing list is not up to our standards and ebay ought to be charged with a "non-user friendly" slap on the wrist. 😞 How can I change that packing list message to OUR customers? Thanks in advance for any help.

go to print packing slip on the awaiting shipment page and click on customize on the first popup, which will give you the 2nd popup to make the change.  Note......if you get the print page before you can do the popups, just close it.  Do the changes, click done and then click on print down at the right corner.
