Scammers removing my items from eBay!!!

I recently encountered lots of scammers, but I figured out how to stop them. Just remove The offer button and require buyers to pay immediately. The scammers didn’t bother me for about three days, but now eBay saying my item is counterfeit. I guess that’s the only way for scammers to get rid of my item. Any help please? Sorry you are having problems.   I viewed the one item you have listed and noticed a problem.   You show brand as LEGO (but on the back of the package says...this is NOT Lego Brand).

Chances are that Ebay's robot deleted your listings, not other Ebayers. 

Such deletion has happened to several of our listings even though the items advertised had third-party certification that proved their authenticity. 

Ebay is not perfect. Just accept the unwarranted deletions and list something else.

Ok so I should remove the “Lego” part in the description? Because it is LEGO, just modified.

You can not call it Lego when it is not, if you continue to do so, your selling privileges will be suspended. Scammers can NOT remove listings only eBay can do that.

It says right on the package that the products are not Lego and that Lego does not authorize or endorse the products.   You can't legally say that they are the Lego brand when they are not.

TRUE. Brickmania/Brickman is not a Lego Product  but the kits are comprised of new condition LEGO elements. He should be able to say that. And he should be able to say whatever is written on the dang box.  He needs to call eBay if they think he's selling counterfeit LEGOS and clue them in and get permission to relist.

Someone mentioned that Lego is a VERO member, so probably a phone call to eBay won't make any difference.
