How do I go back to original listing format?

Don’t like new changed listing format!  Just put up new listing and it was confusing & for whatever reason didn’t take my new video.  So if that’s the case, who needs it?

Looked at your listings and they look awesome to me - actually had to stop looking because I want too many of them LOL

So I have been trying to switch back also, and I just found out how to do it. When you are on the page "Complete your listing" in the new format, you should see the ebay logo at the top of the page. Off to the right you will see the three dots... click on them and you will see a drop down. There is a link to click "Switch to classic view". It then switches back to the classic listing tool we all are used to.

Mine doesn’t have that drop down…It just asked for feedback & latest update.

@antiqemart  I also use the classic view.  I have no problem listing the old way when we could tweek the pictures, etc.  It's a great tool, especially if you don't have a photoshop program.  Thanks for posting.

I still can’t figure out how to get back to original listing format.

Need to change text size & font from so very small to be barely readable a size 14…

No matter how hard I try, I’m stuck with this new change.

Jewel.........I'm guessing that it won't let you back to the classic page because you have the video on the listing......which the classic view doesn't offer........

The text size looks fine for me........and I'm old, lol

I’m a novice at this video adding thing (like it) but something ridiculous happened to my 2nd attempt to add a video to my listing.

I made the video in mute & added it to the listing not knowing that the tv show I was listening to at that time got recorded to my item not mute at all.

So after some time while item listing was live I went to check up on it shocked that the tv show about Ukraine 🇺🇦 is broadcasting on my listing.

Did not delete video so some news program is currently on my item audio not  about the buckles for sale.

If you made a video; you are now using the 'new' and now cannot use the old

Try 'sell similar'

As far as 'editing' you can click 'Active Items from seller hub/ click more than 1 and then click 'edit chosen'; this system is still the same (even if you only want to edit 1 item, click 3 of them, edit the 1, and done)

The big issue is- even if you could get to 'classic'; it would only be temporary and eventually only the 'new' will work, just like everything else here.

I have never used a video in any of my listings including my current 820 listings--yet I cannot switch back to classic view.  If anyone knows how--please post.  I clicked the 3 dots next to complete listing--and while "Settings" is one of the options--it doesn't let you change anything.

The new listing format has tripled the time it takes for me to list an item.

Not sure you can switch back.  If the option is no longer there at the top right, you likely cannot.

Thank you for this tip. Without it I would never have thought of clicking on the 3  dots. It worked for me. But, at first I did not notice the link "Switch to classic view" because it was at the bottom in blue. The other options in the list were in black and more noticeable.

eBay really needs to add a "Switch to classic view" option at the end of every listing form using the new format.

It doesn't have it anymore they removed the switch to classic link now.
