How do I get ebay's help with incomplete order received/missing items in order

Seller sent incomplete order, I ordered 6 boxes and only received one.  Seller is not responding to my messages.  Seller in listing states they don't accept returns.  I don't want to return; I just want them to send me the other 5 boxes.  If seller never responds, what do I do, how can ebay help me with this? Thanks for any replies.

This is an old thread and will be closed by the mods soon.  It's always best to open your own thread, and to do so without yelling or cursing at us.

     Darn it I hate when I miss the old post thing. One of the down sides to loosing the tag function.

Seller sent my key fobs but the inside guts to units was missing.

If the fobs were listed as being complete.

Go to the item purchased on your account.

Choose to "return" as "not as described.

Follow the instructions provided.

If the sale was just for covers.............................. no action needed.

This is an old thread from January of 2023.  It is doubtful the op will reply as it doesn't appear they are selling anymore.

It's always a good idea to open your own thread should you have any questions or problems.  Piggybacking on other poster threads only hides your issue and most won't see it, so they won't be able to help you. 

Open your own thread for your specific issue.  Best idea.
