How do I get ebay's help with incomplete order received/missing items in order

Seller sent incomplete order, I ordered 6 boxes and only received one.  Seller is not responding to my messages.  Seller in listing states they don't accept returns.  I don't want to return; I just want them to send me the other 5 boxes.  If seller never responds, what do I do, how can ebay help me with this? Thanks for any replies.

If you bought and paid for 6 items, didn't get all of them and seller isn't responding, open a return request for "not as described." (I know you don't want to return but if that's what the seller chooses when you open the claim, you'll have to do so.)

Neither you nor ebay can force the seller to send the additional items and if she's not willing, you'll be made whole.

Too late to edit: DO NOT OPEN INR (item not received)!

When you've received something (even if missing parts), seller will merely enter tracking showing delivery and you'll lose the claim. You MUST open NAD.

EBAY Money Back Guarantee protects against bad sellers (even if Seller says no returns).    Do NOT open "did not receive item" case (tracking# will show that package was delivered to you....if you do that EBAY will rules against you).     Open "not as described" case and explain that you are missing 6 items.

Go to Purchase History and click down arrow & select "not as described".

As others mentioned open a not as described case with eBay. The money back guarantee covers you. While the seller may not accept returns it does NOT mean you cannot receive a refund. If the seller does not respond to the case within 4 days you can ask eBay to step in and they will close the case, most likely in your favor, refund you and allow you to keep the item.

Find another seller to obtain the other 5 you need.

As others have stated, If you did not receive everything purchased & communication is an issue with the seller, you will need to initiate a return under the reason: Item Not as Described. Depending on the purchase timeframe, you are likely still covered by ebay for your purchase. But, time matters here. Please use the available tools to properly resolve this situation.

I didn't know where to put my reply to ALL.  I contacted seller, clicked on item not as described, got a request to return button, clicked, stated reason and sent pic of one box in mailing envelope, and then got ebay's reply of it stepping in Feb. 2 if no contact from seller.  The Good News is the seller issued a refund.  I had bought same type of item from seller before several times but will now find another seller who sells same.  THANK YOU ALL for your help.

Are you SURE you supposed to get six of whatever it is?

There are sellers who put all sorts of things in their images yet in the description it clarifies things such as "One Box" or "One Copy."  I see it all the time.

Sellers should never show multiple items if they aren't selling it as a lot. It's misleading and will certainly lead to NAD disputes! I like "what you see is what you get."

Get no argument here but I see sellers do it all the time sometimes w/ very long descriptions and right at the end it'll say "One Box" or something along those lines.

That is to their detriment. Buyers will open, and win, NAD cases every time. Seller will be out the fees, shipping cost, if they charged is separately and quite possibly their investment in the item.

You did not include what to do If the buyer was supposed to get six. You only posed the buyer possibly being wrong. Basically not even providing the info this buyer originally tried to get.  Useless response

This is an old thread and will be closed by the mods soon.  It's always best to open your own thread, and to do so without yelling or cursing at us.

Here's how I know to get in touch with eBay if truly needed:

You can click the Help & Contact link and drill down to your issue, then begin a chat and type "Agent", or request a callback if that's offered.

Or you can contact them via Facebook, X, or Instagram:

There is no need to contact eBay simply open a NAD claim with eBay. Seller will be required to respond or after 4 days you can ask eBay to step in and they will close the case in your favor and fully refund you.
