How do I find an item number from something sold several months ago?

Received a notice stating I used a label after refund was given, which is absurd! They gave me an item number but I don’t know where to look to find it.

I keep a desktop file with a pdf of every tracking label I have printed.

Go to your eBay All Orders page: https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/

Change the timeframe to the correct one for that item (last year, or this year are probably the easiest choices, depending on which one applies)

Search by Item ID and enter the item number they gave you.

Go to Paid and Shipped tab in  Seller Hub...........item # is just under the title....  Alternately, you can put the item # in the search bar, do a search which will bring up nothing and then click the sold filter on the left.....which will bring up the item......

Hi @kelley3354 . If you are saying you voided an unused shipping label, received a refund, then today you were charged again for the same label, this is a known issue.

Check the tracking - does it say METRO NY? If yes, this is fraud and USPS is responsible.

Do not waste time contacting eBay or USPS customer service. eBay is already working on this with USPS and has confirmed they will be issuing refunds to impacted sellers. No timeline as of yet. Read more about it here:
