a listing available to only one buyer, is this possible?

I am trying to compensate a buyer for my out-of-stock listing error. Can anyone in the selling community tell me if I can create a listing that is available to only one buyer? Thanks for any answer.

Items not automatically relisting

For the past month or so none of my auction items are relisting automatically. When I list them, it SAYS they will but they don't. Any insight?

Regarding the Online Label Record.....

The "ONLINE Label Record" does not indicate the quantity of an item sold. It shows the total amount of shipping cost and item sold description. The number of items sold should be added to the Online Label Record. That would be helpful.

Careful when promoting listings
