How do I dispute a false report made against me?

Someone had reported all of my auctions for being in the wrong category.  But this is false, I'm guessing it was my competition to get my auctions taking down.  Now I have this strike against me.  How do I dispute it and report the person who made the false report against me?

Yes.  Ebay said I had my items in the incorrect category.

So does anyone have an answer to my question??  How do I dispute a false report made against me?

Ebay said I had my items in the wrong category, but the category I've been using for multiple years here was dictated by Ebay themselves.

You can't dispute eBay. They are more of a comply or else type of company.

Re: How do I dispute a false report made against me?

You can report SERIOUS violations to ebay and they wont to anything.

Why would they do anything to you?  Was any action taken against you?

Looks like the OP had most of their listings taken down.  Seems to be feuding with another seller back and forth.

Being that Barbie® is a registered trademark and the items are not accessories made by the owner of that trademark, that may be where you have left yourself open.  Use of the generic, "twelve inch fashion doll" might be a better choice on your part.

Re: How do I dispute a false report made against me?

From one of the Ops listings : This is a relisting due to my competition filing a false report on this auction item.

If I saw something like that on a listing, I'd run, it make it sound like either there's something wrong with the item or the person posting it

You might try posting to Ebay for Business facebook page.......READ the rules and just ask for help rather than a complete explanation......

I answered you in post #4 - contact eBay customer service by phone or FaceBook. Did you try that already without any luck?

I had them listed in the barbie clothes, custom handmade category for several years. Other sellers who handmake doll clothes also use this category. Ebay had told us years ago that this is the correct category for us to use.

You relisted items, however you're not putting them all in the category that you say eBay told you to use. You have your items listed in 3 different categories:

Custom & Handmade Barbie Clothing (1973-now)
Reproduction Barbie Clothing & Accessories (1973-now)
Other Barbie Clothing (1973-now)

The last 2 categories might be where you're running into problems with listing removals based on category. You have a listing in the Reproduction category that has a note added to your buyers about the listing removal.

This isn't my area of expertise, however isn't the Reproduction category reserved for licensed reproductions - possibly even mass produced? Shouldn't your listings be in the Custom & Handmade category? Someone else can chime in if my understanding of the reproduction category is incorrect.
